With over 45 years of combined industry experience, we proudly serve wholesale HVAC distributors across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northern Ontario.

Iain Watson
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Iain began his career in the HVAC industry in 1982 and earned his Journeyman Sheet Metal Certificate in 1987. He owned and operated a successful sheet metal company from 1993 to 1999. With 43 years of industry experience, Iain has accumulated over 11 years in the HVAC wholesale sector, where he held various sales and management positions, and 7 years in the HVAC manufacturing industry in similar roles. In 2018, he founded Watson HVAC Sales to broaden his presence and extend his industry reach across Western Canada.

Tyler Watson
MANAGING PARTNER
Tyler began his HVAC career as an Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanic in 2018, with the goal of obtaining his Journeyman Sheet Metal certification. In 2021, he transitioned from sheet metal to join the Watson HVAC Sales team. Since then, Tyler has been actively contributing to the team by assisting Iain with both outside sales and various administrative responsibilities.

Laura Watson
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Laura joined the team in 2024, bringing her organizational skills to manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, sales databases, and CRM systems. Before joining Watson HVAC Sales, Laura pursued a career in education, but in 2019, she shifted her focus to raise her children. Outside of work, Laura is kept busy chasing after her three daughters and their dog.
